    This paper describes a three-arm randomized comparative trial conducted to test the effectiveness of different ‘doses’ of a Culturally Aware Mentoring (CAM) intervention. Key outcomes include significant gains across all three arms, with greater gains for interventions that included a facilitated workshop compared with self-paced learning alone.
