Research Curriculum Development Institute
The Research Curriculum Development Institute (RCDI) is a two-day (in-person) or five-day (online) workshop in which participants build an evidence-based mentee training curriculum to augment existing programming, courses, or stand-alone workshops for undergraduate, graduate or postdoctoral research trainees.
Audience: Training program directors, faculty, postdoctoral fellows, instructors, staff, or administrators who are committed to implementing mentee training courses, seminars, or workshops at their institution or organization

Format: Online and in person. Privately hosted and publicly hosted by CIMER.
Evaluating Research Course or Program Workshop
This is a one-day, 8-hour interactive workshop offered in person at UW–Madison focused on developing evaluation plans for research training courses or programs.
Audience: Current and former participants in the Entering Mentoring Facilitator Training or Entering Research Facilitator Training and Curriculum Development Institute are invited to attend an additional workshop focused on developing evaluation plans for research training courses or programs
Format: In-person hosted by CIMER.
CIMER Institute for Academic Leaders
The Institute is an intensive, cohort-based learning experience for leaders who are ready to move from ideas to implementation. Participants leave with a clear blueprint, shared metrics, and enhanced capacity to embed mentorship as a sustainable, equitable force that strengthens performance, accelerates talent development, and contributes to lasting change toward organizational excellence.
Audience: Academic Leaders such as deans, provosts, chancellors, system leaders, program directors
Format: 18-month online program (monthly sessions) beginning with a four-day in-person meeting.
