CIMER Curricula

MyCIMER is the password-protected portal that hosts CIMER curricula, including mentor and mentee training curricula within the Entering MentoringMentoring Up, and Entering Research series.

Additional modules outside of the core curricula, including Fostering Wellbeing and Promoting Research Self-Efficacy, are also available. Users are invited to create a free account to view, organize, and download materials. Users can also create custom curricula using materials from across disciplines, career stages, and competencies.

CIMER is currently updating our full curriculum library to make it digitally accessible. Several of our most frequently used mentor training curricula have been updated to be screen-reader-accessible (check on the status of our updates). Our ongoing updates now also include adjustments to the font and line spacing to improve readability. If you would like an updated version of our curricula, or have another accessibility concern, please contact us.

CIMER Assessment Platform

MyCIMER also houses an assessment platform used for evaluating CIMER events and collecting data for CIMER evaluation partnerships. The platform has unique features that support the use of common measures and the comparison of common measure data.

Watch a short overview and tutorial of the CIMER Entering Mentoring Curriculum portal and how to use the site to customize materials.
