Dr. Jennifer Gleason is an associate professor in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Kansas. Gleason first started working with CIMER by contributing to the revision of Entering Research.
As a former NSF-funded REU (Research Experiences for Undergraduates) director, she started training mentors in the program; it was a natural extension to become a principal facilitator for both Entering Research and Entering Mentoring.
